Brewbound Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion without installing the game

You can request deletion of your Unleashed Alchemist: Brewbound game account and associated data by contacting Grissett Games. You do not need to reinstall or open the game to submit a request.

This opens a draft email for you to send. The website does not submit a request or automatically delete your account.

Use the subject Brewbound account and data deletion. Tell us whether you want to delete your game account, other personal data, or both. Include your player ID if you have it. If you do not know your ID, tell us which sign-in method you used so we can help find your account.

We will confirm receipt, verify ownership with reasonable information, and explain completion or any information we must retain. Never send your password, session/access token, full payment details or identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification process has been agreed.

Delete from inside the game

1. Open Settings → Privacy & Account Deletion.
2. Copy your player ID if you want to keep it for support.
3. Choose Delete Game Account and read the permanent-deletion warning.
4. Choose Delete Permanently while connected to the internet and signed into the account to delete.

What is deleted

The in-app action deletes the selected game's Unity Authentication account and that player's local save on the current device, including progress, heroes, gear, upgrades, currencies and local purchase-delivery history, plus save backups and retired copies. Support can coordinate requests for associated support and advertising data with applicable providers.

Other devices and separate accounts

Deletion on one device does not remotely erase files on another device. Clear the app's data on other devices and contact us for help. Deleting Brewbound does not delete your separate Unity Player Account or Google account. Your device sound, language and notification preferences are separate from the game account.

Purchases, refunds and retained records

Deletion cannot be undone. Consumed purchases and currency are not restored, and deletion does not issue a refund. Eligible permanent purchases such as No Ads may still be restored by the store account. Google retains its own Google Play transaction records. Providers apply their own retention rules to information they independently control. Records needed for legal obligations, transaction records, security or fraud prevention are limited to those purposes and retained only for the required period; contact us for record-specific details.

Local saved progress is kept until deletion or clearing app data. Authentication data remains until account deletion. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and related issues. See our Privacy Policy for more information about data practices and your choices.
