TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to your use of Brewbound and its game-related services provided by Grissett Games. They do not replace the separate terms of Google Play, Google Play Games, Unity, or other service providers. Please read them before playing or purchasing. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND PERMISSION

You must meet the age and eligibility requirements applicable to the game, your country, and your store account. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and authorize your use and any purchases. The game's store age rating describes content and is not permission to make purchases.

3. YOUR LICENSE TO PLAY

Grissett Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. The game, Unleashed Alchemist universe, artwork, music, characters, code, and branding belong to Grissett Games or their respective licensors. You do not acquire ownership of the game or its intellectual property. Rights granted by applicable law are unaffected.

4. GUEST PLAY, ACCOUNTS, AND SAVES

Guest play is available. Optional supported sign-in methods can link an external identity to your game account. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer, or share accounts in ways that violate these terms or a provider's rules.

The current version stores game progress locally on your device. Signing in or linking an account does not itself provide cloud saves, backup, or transfer of progress between devices. Uninstalling the game, clearing app data, losing your device, deleting progress, or deleting an account can cause permanent loss of local progress and consumed items. We cannot promise recovery of lost local saves.

5. PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

The game may offer optional purchases, including virtual currency, items, and permanent benefits. Android purchases are processed through Google Play. Review the product description, price, and store confirmation before approving a purchase. Only make purchases you are authorized to make. Store billing terms and applicable taxes apply.

Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within Brewbound. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by the game. Consumed currency, single-use items, and items recorded only in a lost local save may not be recoverable. Eligible permanent purchases may be restored through the same store account, subject to store records and the product's terms. Contact support if a paid item is not delivered.

Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by applicable law and the store's policies; these terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule. For Google Play refunds, see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund or erase store transaction records. We do not offer a paid subscription unless a product is explicitly presented as one with its recurring price and terms.

6. ADVERTISING

The game may display advertising and offer optional rewards for eligible completed ads. Ad availability and successful reward confirmation can depend on your connection and advertising providers. An ad-removal purchase covers the placements stated in its product description; review that description for any remaining optional rewarded ads. Advertising privacy choices and data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. FAIR PLAY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use the game to break the law, harass others, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, or submit harmful or unlawful material. Do not exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized currency or purchases, use fraudulent receipts or payment methods, distribute modified copies, introduce malicious code, or interfere with game or provider services. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Report bugs to support rather than exploiting them.

8. UPDATES, BALANCE, AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may release updates and adjust gameplay, progression, rewards, and balance. Features that rely on online services require suitable connectivity and may be interrupted for maintenance or provider outages. We will describe purchases accurately and respect applicable rights relating to paid content. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every device will remain compatible indefinitely. Material service changes will be communicated where required.

9. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND ENDING USE

You can stop playing at any time. Account and data deletion instructions are available in Settings > Privacy & Account Deletion and on the website. Deletion can permanently remove your game identity and local save, as explained before confirmation.

Where reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious misuse, legal requirements, or a material breach, we may restrict access to services we control. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support; immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and rights relating to paid content. Deleting a Brewbound account does not delete your separate Google or Unity account.

10. PRIVACY AND SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

Our Privacy Policy explains how the game and its providers handle information. It is available within the game and at https://www.grissettgaming.com/brewbound/privacy-policy.html. Deletion information is at https://www.grissettgaming.com/brewbound/account-deletion.html.

Contact us without sending passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it to improve the game without owing compensation; you retain any rights you have in your original material.

11. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are responsible for the game and services to the extent required by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory guarantees, remedies, refund rights, and other mandatory consumer protections remain intact.

12. DISPUTES AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

If a problem arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence remain applicable.

We may update these terms as the game or its services change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide notice and obtain agreement to material changes where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
